In 2021 I started a podcast called Climate Change is Here

This film is a product of this important effort to make the world aware and engage them in this critical conversation about climate change and the real threat it is imposing on people, our environment and the health of both.

The Battle of Blythe 3840x2160 2160p 4K UHD Ultra High Definition Re-Mastered with AI. Digital Projection Print.

If the American left had fully championed school choice decades ago, we may be celebrating what happened in 1972 in Blythe, Calif. as the spark of a movement.

That spring, the Mexican-American community’s frustration with the public school system boiled over, spurring creation of a scrappy “freedom school” that became Escuela de la Raza Unida, which still exists today.

This lost story from a remote desert town is steeped in the progressive politics of another era.

In Chicano Pride. In empowering the “poor.”

Even in Cesar Chavez and the United Farm Workers.

Dead Men Tell No Lies 3840x2160 2160p 4K UHD Ultra High Definition Re-Mastered with AI. Digital Projection Print.

Journalist Tim King (Salem-News.Com) revisits his old base, El Toro Naval Marine Air Station, to witness its decommissioning and report on the toxic legacy there.

“Dead Men Tell No Lies, identifies residual trichlorethylene in the soils of Irvine’s then planned Great Park, on the grounds of the former El Toro Naval Marine Air Station, turned over by the Navy for residential development.

As a result, the film contributed motivation and momentum to the founding of Non-Toxic Neighborhoods, at present, a coalition of over 200 cities. After launching a campaign to raise awareness of the City of Irvine’s pesticide use in late November 2015, the City of Irvine adopted an historic organically driven landscaping policy in February 2016. Since then the City of Irvine has successfully and organically maintained all pest pressure from weeds to rodents, on more than 570 acres of community and neighborhood parks, athletic fields; over 6,000 acres of open space, over 800 acres of public right-of-way, including street medians and parkways; 70,000 trees; and nearly 1.5 million square feet of facilities.
